The risk statement "Do not use in the genital area of those who have ovaries" is required for products that could come in contact with the genital area (for example, diapering products, body powder, bath products). The concentration of talc should not exceed 51% in products in loose powder form that may be used for diapering and 77% in other products in loose powder form intended for use on the face or body; and in addition to other products in loose powder form (for example, dry shampoo, foot powder), the following risk statements are required: "Keep out of reach of children" and "Keep powder away from child's face to avoid inhalation, which can cause breathing problems".
