Up to 10% in products for use on eyelashes or eyebrows, which must be sold for professional use only and associated with the following directions of use and risk statement, respectively: For professional use only. Avoid contact with eyes and, in the event of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Up to 10% (as applied) in hair products. The following is applicable to buccal and dental use: Not recommended for use by children under 12 years of age. The pH of products to be applied to the tooth or teeth must be greater than or equal to 4.0. If a buccal or dental product contains more than the equivalent of 3% hydrogen peroxide, the salivary peroxide levels must not exceed 3% during the use of the product as per the directions of use. Duration of use: For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner. Risk statements: Avoid swallowing the product, avoid contact with eyes, and avoid direct contact of the active surface of the product with the gums and/or salivary flow.
