Annexe 1: Exemples de préparations posologiques, de fréquences et de modes d'emploi
TOPIQUE:
Graines en poudre:
50 g (Bradley 2006; Blumenthal et collab 2000)
Mode d'emploi:
- Ajouter les graines en poudre à 250 ml (1 tasse) d'eau et faire bouillir 5 minutes (Bradley 2006). Appliquer sur la région atteinte au besoin.
- Ajouter les graines en poudre à 1 L d'eau chaude pour obtenir une pâte demi-solide. Appliquer sur la région atteinte au besoin (Blumenthal et collab 2000).
- Mélanger 50 g de graines en poudre à 250 ml (1 tasse) d'eau. Ajouter au bain chaud (Blumenthal et collab 2000).
