Risk information is required for products containing: No caffeine, but more than 3 to less than 50 mg of synephrine + octopamine in a total daily dose, OR Less than or equal to 320 mg/day of caffeine, plus more than 3 to less than 40 mg of synephrine + octopamine in a total daily dose. If the product contains more than 320 mg/day of caffeine, plus more than 3 to less than 40 mg of synephrine + octopamine in a total daily dose, a product-specific review of safety for the specific recommended conditions of use will be conducted.
